Submissions Policy

Museum of the City of New York Shop Submissions Policy: 

The Museum of the City of New York shops focus on the history and culture of New York City.  Items we sell must reflect our mission.   

If you would like to submit a product for consideration to be sold in the Museum gift shop, you may send a sample(s), a line sheet/catalog or price list, and ordering policies to shop@mcny.org. You may also send a non-returnable sample to:

Submissions are reviewed four times a year. Please note that we will not respond to all submissions. All merchandise in the Museum shop must meet a strict set of requirements, including displaying clear relationship to New York City and its history, and/or connection to the Museum’s current exhibitions. If you feel that your product meets these requirements, please continue with your submission.  

 

Submissions that do not follow the above instructions may not be considered.
