A holiday card for anyone who knows that all good New York journeys, even to the North Pole, start with finding the right train.

For New Yorkers, subway lines are more than directions, they're part of the city's DNA. This festive holiday card transforms the iconic rainbow of NYC subway routes into a cheerful Christmas tree, proving that even the daily commute can get into the holiday spirit. Below the tree, colorful circular subway route markers spell out “MERRY,” giving this design its signature transit-inspired charm. A favorite among commuters, transit enthusiasts, and city dreamers alike, it's a playful way to share seasonal cheer from the Museum of the City of New York.
