Great friends come in small packages! Inspired by Mo Willems’ beloved Duckling Gets a Cookie!?, this charming Pigeon and Duckling duo celebrates friendship with a distinctly New York twist.

Pigeons have been part of city life since the 19th century—first valued as messenger birds, later becoming familiar sidewalk companions—while ducks have long glided across park ponds, charming generations of city children.

These finger puppets spark storytelling, role play, and laughter—a playful nod to everyday city life and creativity you might spot at the Museum of the City of New York—helping social skills and imagination take flight for children of all ages.
